The production ERP may store the business masters and transactions that authorised users enter.

Purpose and consent

Data should be used to provide, secure and support the service, respond to enquiries, meet legal obligations and improve reliability.

WhatsApp or marketing communication requires an appropriate consent and a working opt-out process.

Processors and location

The final policy must name or describe hosting, email, analytics and support processors, the contracted data region and any cross-border processing.

Your rights

The final policy must explain access, correction, erasure, grievance and consent-withdrawal processes in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules in force.
