Subscription and account

Axellon E-commerce provides OilMill ERP. The order form should identify the customer, plan, users, units, billing period, taxes and start date.

Customers are responsible for authorised users, accurate entries and appropriate internal approvals.

Acceptable use

Accounts must not be used to violate law, interfere with the service, probe another customer’s data or share access beyond the contracted organisation.

Data and export

The customer retains ownership of its business data. The final terms must state export formats, retention after termination and deletion timing.

Liability and governing law

Counsel must set warranties, exclusions, liability caps, indemnities, dispute process and governing jurisdiction before launch.
